The Turkish Textile Industry Exhibition (HIGHTEX) is Turkey’s—and the region’s—first and only trade fair of its kind. Since its inception in 2005, it has grown into one of today’s most significant market platforms, showcasing the latest technological innovations in the industrial textiles and nonwovens sectors.
The Turkish Textile Industry Exhibition (HIGHTEX) serves as the premier gathering place for professionals, exhibitors, media representatives, and visitors in the industrial textiles and nonwovens industries across the Middle East and Eastern Europe. It provides a vital communication platform between exhibitors and leading buyers, with attendees representing diverse segments of the textile and apparel manufacturing value chain, spanning various brands, product categories, and industrial applications.
Turkey ranks first in Europe and third globally in yarn production, second in Europe and fifth worldwide in textile fabric output, including first in Europe and second worldwide (behind China) in woven fabric production. The country also boasts one of Europe’s largest investments in textile finishing, with production capacity ranking third globally, behind only China and India. Historically, Turkey relied heavily on European textile machinery; however, as Chinese textile machinery has steadily improved in performance and competitiveness, an increasing number of Turkish and regional international textile companies are now turning to Chinese equipment.
The Turkish Textile Industry Exhibition (HIGHTEX) offers overseas enterprises a rare and invaluable opportunity to enter and expand into the Middle Eastern market, while establishing and strengthening relationships with both new and existing customers.
Turkey Textile Industry Exhibition tickets are e-tickets. Domestic and international visitors must complete online pre-registration with real-name passport verification. After purchase, the organizer verifies visitor identity. Visitors who do not meet entry requirements may need to submit additional documents. Once approved, you will receive email confirmation or a QR code. On site, present your original passport and confirmation letter to collect a paper badge, or scan the QR code to enter.
