Wire Southeast Asia is one of the flagship exhibitions under the global Wire brand, currently the world's largest trade fair for the wire and cable industry. First launched in 1997, it was held in Singapore from 1997 to 2005 under the name Tube Singapore & Wire Singapore, before relocating to Thailand in 2007. Since its move, the exhibition has received robust support from the International Tube Association (ITA) and the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB).

Wire Southeast Asia is held concurrently with Tube Southeast Asia. Attracting over 10,000 visitors from more than 50 countries and regions, the event underscores its pivotal role in the Asia-Pacific region and continues to establish itself as the most international brand in the industry within this market.

In alignment with China's Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), Thailand, as a strategic hub on the Maritime Silk Road, will offer expanded trade opportunities for Chinese enterprises and "Made in China" products.
