The Shanghai International Solar Photovoltaic Exhibition (SNEC PV POWER EXPO), is spearheaded by the Asian Photovoltaic Industry Association (APVIA), the Chinese Renewable Energy Society (CRES), the Renewable Energy Professional Committee of the China Circular Economy Association (CREIA), the Shanghai Science and Technology Development & Exchange Center (SSTDEC), and the Shanghai New Energy Industry Association (SNEIA), with co‑sponsorship from 19 international institutions and organizations, including the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) of the United States.
Since its inaugural edition in 2007, the SNEC exhibition has expanded from 15,000 square meters to 270,000 square meters, attracting more than 3,100 exhibitors from 95 countries and regions worldwide, with international exhibitors accounting for 30% of the total. It has become one of the most influential, professional, and large‑scale international photovoltaic events in China, Asia, and globally.
The SNEC Photovoltaic Exhibition is the world’s most specialized platform for solar photovoltaics, showcasing a comprehensive range of products and technologies, including photovoltaic manufacturing equipment, materials, solar cells, application‑oriented products and modules, as well as photovoltaic engineering and systems, energy storage solutions, and mobile energy technologies—covering every link in the photovoltaic industry value chain.
