The Japan Imabari Shipbuilding Maritime Expo (BARI SHIP) is a professional maritime exhibition dedicated to shipbuilding technology, marine equipment, and other related products and services for the shipbuilding industry. Supported by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the Japan Ship Owners Association, the Japan Inland Waterways Shipping Association, the Japan Shipbuilders' Association, the Japan Small and Medium Shipbuilders' Association, the Japan Ship Export Association, the Japan Marine Equipment Association, and the Japan Marine Association, it also receives special support from the Imabari City Maritime City Exchange Committee.
The Japan Imabari Shipbuilding Maritime Expo BARI SHIP had an exhibition area of 12,000 square meters at its last event, with 215 participating companies from China, South Korea, Singapore, India, Indonesia, Dubai, Turkey, Malaysia, Russia, Spain, etc., and a total of 16,000 attendees.
