The Egypt Energy Show (EGYPES) is one of Africa's most significant exhibitions for oil, gas, and petrochemical products. Strongly supported by the Egyptian Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC), and the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS), it holds a pivotal position in Egypt's energy sector.

Against the backdrop of ongoing geopolitical fluctuations and heightened uncertainty in the energy market, this high-profile energy conference has become a global focal point. EGYPES is not merely an industry exhibition, but a concentrated forum for discussing energy security and future development pathways.

This edition attracted over 50,000 industry participants, 300+ distinguished guests and speakers, 508 exhibiting companies, and 13 national pavilions. Additionally, approximately 2,200 delegates attended the high-level forums. This signifies a convergence of the entire energy value chain here, spanning from policy and capital to technology and application.

The opening ceremony was headlined by Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, who called for enhanced collaboration between global governments and enterprises to address current energy challenges. Dignitaries including Cypriot President Nikos Christodoulides and Egyptian Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Karim Badawi also emphasized the importance of regional synergy and the stability of energy supply chains.

In terms of innovation, the exhibition highlights the application of AI in energy management and data analytics, digital operations and efficiency optimization, and the scaling of renewable energy projects. Concurrently, innovation roadshows and awards are driving the commercialization of new technologies. This indicates that the energy sector is entering a new phase of dual-driven growth powered by both technology and data.
