South Korea Busan Fashion Clothing and Fabric Exhibition (PFB) was first held in 1993 and is organized by the Busan Metropolitan Government. It is co-hosted by the Busan Fiber Industry Association and the Busan Footwear Promotion Agency. As one of the top three textile and clothing exhibitions in Korea alongside the Seoul Textile Show (PIS) and the Daegu Textile Show (PID), the Busan exhibition (PFB) focuses more on brand clothing, fabric and accessories for clothing, and footwear companies.

Domestic enterprises concentrated in the Korean fashion and textile industry, including brand clothing production enterprises in Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do in Korea, and fabric production enterprises in Daegu and Gyeonggi-do in Korea, will participate as a group. The Busan exhibition (PFB) plans to launch a series of supporting activities: setting up an "Exhibition Area for Brand Clothing and Apparel Promotion", hosting a promotion, display, and order event for the best brands among the best; for fabric, accessories, and other supply chain companies, international OEM/ODM clothing production enterprises, setting up a cross-border trade cooperation exhibition area, and holding an international trade and cooperation negotiation meeting; providing promotional activities, expert forums, and exchange activities for IT solutions for the sales process for textile and clothing companies.

Notable participating companies include the procurement departments of well-known department store groups such as Lotte Department Store, Shinsegae Department Store, and LG Department Store in Korea; the marketing departments of well-known Korean brand clothing such as Nike Korea, FILA Korea, DESCENTE Korea, VANS Korea, HYUNGJI, K2 Korea, SOJUNG, TAEKWANG, CHANGSHIN; and buyers from Europe, America, and Southeast Asian countries who attend to purchase and negotiate.

The organizers of the Busan Fashion & Textile Fair (PFB) aim to transform the exhibition into a platform for international trade cooperation in clothing, fabrics, apparel, and footwear that combines exhibition and procurement, with good trade results and significant international influence, as well as a leading platform for IT solutions in the textile and clothing industry.
