During the two light exhibitions, the organizing committee commissioned an independent research agency to interview nearly 770 exhibitors and buyers. According to the survey, the industry is optimistic about the future, with over 67% of respondents expecting overall sales of industry products to remain growth in the next two years, 32% estimating no change in sales, and only 1% of respondents expecting a decline. In traditional markets, they mainly看好look forward to Australia (67%); while in emerging markets, the industry mainly看好looks forward to Latin America (71%), Eastern Europe (68%), the Middle East (66%), and ASEAN countries (65%).

In terms of product trends, smart cities and smart homes are among the main directions for future technological development, coupled with the increasing popularity of Internet of Things applications, most respondents believe that the market potential for smart lighting is significant within the next two years, with home automation and smart lighting control systems (47%), wireless lighting control systems (33%), energy-saving lighting control solutions (30%), and outdoor smart security lighting systems (26%) being the most promising.

The organizing committee also held several forums and seminars during both light exhibitions, including the Connected and Smart Lighting Forum, "Building a Green Future for Hong Kong: Sustainable Lighting Design and Energy Solutions," etc., providing the latest information and trends on smart lighting and sustainable lighting analyzed by experts.
