The previous edition of the C&I Expo covered a total exhibition area of 15,000 square meters, featuring 338 exhibiting companies from China, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong (China), Germany, Russia, Dubai, Italy, the UK, France, and other regions, with an attendance of 12,600 visitors.

C&I Expo (Australian Retail & Convenience Expo) tickets are e-tickets. Domestic and international visitors must complete online pre-registration with real-name passport verification. After purchase, the organizer verifies visitor identity. Visitors who do not meet entry requirements may need to submit additional documents. Once approved, you will receive email confirmation or a QR code. On site, present your original passport and confirmation letter to collect a paper badge, or scan the QR code to enter.

Trams: Routes 96, 109, and 12 provide direct service to the 124A Casino/MCEC (Clarendon Street) stop, with the exhibition center’s Clarendon Street entrance just outside. Routes 70 and 75, as well as the free City Circle tram, stop at Flinders Street Station; from there, a 5–10 minute walk along Clarendon Street will bring you to the venue.
- Air
From Melbourne Airport: Take the SkyBus directly to Southern Cross Station, then transfer to a tram or walk—this is an economical and convenient option.
- Train
From South Cross Station: This is the nearest railway station to the MCEC. Upon exiting the station, you can take tram lines 96, 109, or 12 directly—just a few stops away—or walk, which takes approximately 10–12 minutes to reach the exhibition venue.
