RETAILTECH OSAKAProfile
RETAILTECH OSAKA is Japan's largest and most influential exhibition for retail information systems. It showcases a wide range of cutting-edge retail IT solutions, from store systems (e.g., POS registers) to headquarters systems, in-store promotional equipment, RFID/IC tags, back-office systems, and logistics. The exhibition is divided into more specific categories based on solutions, such as retail information systems, digital marketing, or warehousing and distribution, to enhance business matching efficiency between visitors and exhibitors.
The previous edition of RETAILTECH OSAKA covered a total area of 18,000 square meters, featuring 350 exhibitors from China, South Korea, Italy, Hong Kong (China), Russia, India, Turkey, the United States, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and other regions, with an attendance of 42,000 visitors.
Based on their solutions, participating retail tech companies will be categorized into more specific segments, such as comprehensive retail information systems, digital marketing, or warehousing and distribution, to further improve business matching efficiency between visitors and exhibitors at RETAILTECH OSAKA.
RETAILTECH OSAKA tickets are e-tickets. Domestic and international visitors must complete online pre-registration with real-name passport verification. After purchase, the organizer verifies visitor identity. Visitors who do not meet entry requirements may need to submit additional documents. Once approved, you will receive email confirmation or a QR code. On site, present your original passport and confirmation letter to collect a paper badge, or scan the QR code to enter.
The 2026 RETAILTECH OSAKA is expected to feature 500+ exhibiting companies. To obtain the full exhibitor directory (including booth numbers and contact details), please visit the official exhibition website or contact Jufair.
