Japan International Aerospace Exhibition Profile
The Japan International Aerospace Exhibition, established in 2009, has attracted a large number of exhibitors and professional visitors from around the world. It showcases products such as aircraft fuselages, aircraft engines, launch vehicles and satellites, production engineering, and process technologies.
With close trade ties between China and Japan and immense market potential in the aviation industry, the exhibition gathers top-tier professionals from across the globe.
During World War II, at its peak, Japan's aviation industry employed over one million people, with an annual aircraft production of nearly 30,000 units and engine production of nearly 40,000 units. It ranked fifth globally, trailing only the US, the former Soviet Union, Germany, and the UK, and dominated the Asian market. After the war, as a defeated nation, Japan was prohibited from conducting aerospace R&D and production. Japanese aviation companies were dissolved or went bankrupt, and the entire industry system virtually collapsed. Serving militaristic expansion strategies, Japan's aviation industry experienced dramatic ups and downs within just a few years. However, through years of accumulation, Japan has not only rebuilt its technological and talent reserves but also established a complete aerospace industrial system.
With its continuously expanding scale, the Japan International Aerospace Exhibition has become one of the largest aviation exhibitions in Asia. It provides an excellent networking platform for industry insiders and stands as a highly professional event in the aerospace sector. (Copyright belongs to Juzhan.
