International Machine Tool Exhibition (IMT)

The International Machine Tool Exhibition (IMT) in Brno, Czech Republic, is the most authoritative machine tool exhibition in the Czech Republic and Central Europe. Founded in 1959, it has become one of the most renowned machine tool exhibitions in Central Europe. Held concurrently with the International Engineering Fair (MSV), it is the largest exhibition of its kind in Central and Eastern Europe, organized with the support of the European Association of the Machine Tool Industries (CECIMO).

The previous edition of IMT Brno covered a total area of 55,000 square meters, featuring 960 exhibitors from China, South Korea, Japan, Spain, Brazil, Poland, Russia, Italy, Taiwan (China), Dubai, Turkey, the United States, the United Kingdom, Mexico, and other regions. It attracted 84,210 visitors. Exhibitors primarily came from Germany and Italy, with nearly half specializing in metalworking machinery, followed by precision tools and forming machinery.

IMT Brno showcases cutting-edge technologies, presenting machine tools and machining equipment across various industrial sectors. It highlights the latest technological advancements, production methods, and future trends in the machine tool industry. International Machine Tool Exhibition (IMT) tickets are e-tickets. Domestic and international visitors must complete online pre-registration with real-name passport verification. After purchase, the organizer verifies visitor identity. Visitors who do not meet entry requirements may need to submit additional documents. Once approved, you will receive email confirmation or a QR code. On site, present your original passport and confirmation letter to collect a paper badge, or scan the QR code to enter.
