Child & Junior Fashion (CJF) Moscow is the most renowned children's wear and maternity & baby products exhibition in Russia and Eastern Europe. It is jointly organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, and the Moscow City Government, with sponsorship from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. The exhibition is certified by UFI (The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry) and RUEF (Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs).

Child & Junior Fashion (CJF) Moscow covered a total area of 18,000 square meters in its previous edition, attracting 320 exhibitors from Bangladesh, Brazil, Canada, Finland, France, Italy, Spain, Turkey, China, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, and other regions, with 12,649 attendees.
