It comprehensively showcases the latest international food and beverages, hotel catering facilities and services, food processing technologies and equipment, café equipment and services, as well as agriculture and fisheries.

The previous edition of FHO covered a total exhibition area of 15,000 square meters, featuring 318 exhibitors from China, Dubai, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, India, Indonesia, South Africa, Kenya, and other regions, attracting 15,153 visitors.
