China Hangzhou Plastic Machinery Expo is an important component of the Zhejiang Hangzhou Equipment Manufacturing Expo. Established in 2002, the exhibition features four distinctive special halls: Plastic Machinery Hall, Machine Tool and Metal Processing Hall, Industrial Automation Hall, and Robot Intelligent Factory Hall. The expo has received strong support from the Hangzhou Municipal Government, China Machinery Industry Federation, Zhejiang Economic and Information Commission, Hangzhou Economic Commission, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Engineering, Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Association, IBM China Research Institute, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and industry associations. The Hangzhou Plastic Machinery Exhibition concurrently hosts several heavyweight professional summits, deeply interpreting the future trends of China's manufacturing industry.
