China (Hunan) Xinhua Stationery & Printing Industry Fair is also known as the "China Xinhua Print Expo". It is hosted by the Xinhua County Government, supervised by the County Commerce and Grain Bureau, and co-organized by Xinhua High-speed New City and Xinhua County Economic and Trade Promotion Association. The theme is "Xinhua, Printing Across the World"; it provides a platform for showcasing, trading, development, and investment promotion for the digital printing industry with an annual output value of over 100 billion yuan in China's Xinhua.

The China (Hunan) Xinhua Stationery and Printing Industry Fair was a supported exhibition by the Ministry of Commerce in 2015, a key cultural industry project in Loudi City in 2016, a key exhibition in Hunan Province in 2017, a key exhibition in Hunan Province in 2018, and a brand exhibition in Hunan Province in 2021.

There are nearly 80,000 full-service merchants in the entire Xinhua stationery and printing industry chain, with more than 300,000 people employed. Among them, Xinhua stationery and printing shops are distributed across the country and along the Belt and Road countries, totaling nearly 60,000, accounting for more than 80% of the terminal service market in China.
