Australian Textile and Apparel Sourcing Show, Melbourne, AustraliaProfile
The Global Sourcing Expo Australia in Melbourne, Australia, is an essential event for owners, managers, and buyers representing manufacturers, suppliers, designers, distributors, and retailers of apparel, textiles, and accessories.
The Global Sourcing Expo Australia brings together buyers of apparel, textiles, accessories, footwear, and home goods with the broadest selection of products and suppliers from China. This offers professionals and procurement specialists an unparalleled opportunity to connect with hundreds of exhibitors from around the world—all under one roof.
Australia and New Zealand have recognized China’s market economy status, which significantly facilitates bilateral trade. Australia is a net importer of apparel and textiles, with 70% of its consumption relying on imports; moreover, there are no quota restrictions on Chinese-made apparel and textiles in both countries. Chinese textiles also enjoy a strong reputation in Australia, comparable to the “Made in Japan” label for electronics. These advantages make Australia one of the most promising overseas markets for Chinese enterprises. (Copyright of this content belongs to Juzhan; redistribution without permission is prohibited.)
