Exhibition Introduction
The Value of Participating in the Shenzhen International Low-Altitude Economy Exhibition (CHTF)
- The Shenzhen International Low-Altitude Economy and Unmanned Aircraft Industry Exhibition (CHTF) is a core component of the China Hi-Tech Fair (CHTF), leveraging the national-level platform endorsed by “China’s Premier High-Tech Trade Show.” Since its inception in 1999, it has become one of the most influential exhibitions in the global high-tech arena, alongside the Canton Fair and the China International Import Expo, collectively known as China’s three major national-level expos. The China Hi-Tech Fair is co-hosted by national ministries and agencies, including the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government, serving as a vital window for China’s high-tech sector to engage with the outside world and a key bridge for trading technological achievements.
- The core value of participation lies in the exhibition’s national-level endorsement and its unique advantage in precisely connecting global resources across the entire low-altitude economy value chain. For the 2026 edition, the exhibition is expected to span over 20,000 square meters, bring together more than 400 exhibiting companies, and draw over 25,000 professional visitors. Exhibitors cover every link in the industrial chain—from core components and complete aircraft manufacturing to infrastructure and operational services—while the professional audience includes purchasing delegations, investment institutions, industry experts, and policymakers from around the world. In 2025, the China Hi-Tech Fair garnered over 7 billion online impressions, attracting coverage from more than 3,000 media outlets across 120 countries and regions. Concurrently, the World Unmanned Aircraft Conference drew over 10,000 industry experts from more than 100 countries, with on-site contract signings totaling approximately RMB 20 billion.
- The fair establishes a one-stop commercial platform covering the entire low-altitude economy value chain.Exhibits are organized into five major sections: core components and power systems (carbon fiber composites, aviation motors, engines, flight control systems, electrical control and energy storage); complete aircraft manufacturing and integration (eVTOLs, drones, helicopters, light sport aircraft); infrastructure and airspace management (general airports, takeoff/landing sites, communication, navigation, and surveillance systems, drone traffic management systems); application scenarios and operational services (logistics delivery, power grid inspection, police and security, emergency rescue); and interactive experiences and dedicated industrial ecology zones. From raw materials to complete aircraft integration, from infrastructure to operational services, a comprehensive industrial ecosystem loop is formed.
- The fair aligns with three major industry trends—“large-scale application, international standard-setting, and industrial chain collaboration”—to build a technologically advanced hub deeply integrating industry, academia, research, and end-users.During the 2025 edition, Chinese enterprises spearheaded the formulation of five international standards, including the “Electromagnetic Compatibility Requirements for Civilian Unmanned Aircraft Systems,” which were approved at ISO meetings, signifying a notable increase in China’s influence in shaping global rules for the low-altitude economy. Concurrent activities included the Third China Low-Altitude Economy Industry Expo and Summit, the China General Aviation Innovation Development Conference, the Global Procurement Matchmaking Conference, and the Global Investment and Financing Supply-Demand Matching Event—high-profile gatherings that brought together policy experts, industry leaders, and prominent investors, enabling one-stop solutions for policy interpretation, technical exchange, business collaboration, and capital connection.
- Benefiting from Shenzhen’s status as the “World’s First City of the Low-Altitude Economy,” the fair provides exhibitors with optimal conditions for growth.Shenzhen boasts the nation’s first legislation on the low-altitude economy, over 1,900 enterprises in the related industrial chain, plans to construct 1,200 takeoff/landing sites and 1,000 flight routes, and has established the world’s first intelligent low-altitude fusion system (SILAS). By 2025, Shenzhen had opened 250 low-altitude routes, completed 778,000 commercial cargo flights, and reduced logistics costs by 40% compared to traditional methods. As of the end of 2023, Shenzhen was home to more than 1,730 drone-related enterprises, generating an annual output value of RMB 96 billion, accounting for over 60% of the national total.
- For Chinese enterprises, this fair represents a strategic gateway for expanding into global markets, connecting with international resources, and showcasing their innovative strengths. As a vanguard of China’s reform and opening-up, Shenzhen has successively introduced multiple policies supporting the low-altitude economy across various dimensions, including industrial parks, venture funds, demonstration projects, and innovation platforms. The fair offers a one-stop solution for brand promotion, product display, and collaborative exchanges, helping enterprises achieve seamless communication and interoperability throughout the entire industrial chain. Exhibiting companies can leverage this platform to connect with global procurement networks and seize early opportunities in the trillion-yuan blue ocean market of the low-altitude economy.
