Submit for review: After confirming intent, submit company name, products, website, contacts, etc., and wait for organizer approval.

Booth quote: The project manager provides the invitation letter and booth pricing.

Floor plan

1. If plans are available, optional booth locations are offered.

2. If not yet mapped, pay a deposit 2–3 months ahead to queue for allocation.

3. For high-demand fairs, queue at least 6 months in advance.

Contract signing: Sign the booth contract in duplicate; payment per contract terms.

Booth-related services: After confirmation, collect exhibitor directory forms, badges, rentals, vehicle passes, etc. on schedule.

Invoice: Official invoice issued within 7 business days after the fair.

Feedback: Collect exhibitor feedback after the fair to improve service.
