Inheriting the positive spirit of the Indonesian automotive industry over the years, GAIKINDO will once again host the largest international motor show in Indonesia and Southeast Asia - GAIKINDO Indonesia International Motor Show (GIIAS).
As a member of the International Organization of Automotive Manufacturers (OICA), GIIAS is widely recognized as an advanced automotive platform, focusing on showcasing the technology, premieres, launches, and brand promotion of domestic automotive brands. The Indonesia International Motor Show (GIIAS) is a comprehensive exhibition highlighting innovation, covering passenger cars, commercial vehicles, automotive series, motorcycles, and supporting industry brands.
According to the organizer's statistics, this exhibition achieved sales of over 38,000 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 12%. At the same time, the number of visitors reached 485,600, setting a new record in recent years, fully demonstrating the market's attention and enthusiasm for the development of the automotive industry.
Industry insiders analyze that with the growth of the middle-class population and the acceleration of consumption upgrades, the Indonesian automotive market is releasing strong demand, and exhibitions like GIIAS have become important stages for brands to launch new models and showcase the latest technologies.
The hosting of the Indonesia International Motor Show (GIIAS) is not solely focused on sales figures, but also aims to promote the long-term development of the entire automotive industry. Through the exhibition, the organizers hope to build a communication platform between the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, promoting technology sharing, market expansion, and international cooperation.
