The China International Agricultural Products Fair—Hangzhou Agri‑Fair (CATF) is the only national and international agricultural trade fair fully endorsed and supported by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. It aims to establish the Agri‑Fair as a platform that is “professional, market‑oriented, brand‑driven, internationally connected, and digitally enabled.”

Adhering to the exhibition’s guiding principles of “showcasing achievements, facilitating trade, and fostering exchanges,” and under the theme “Strengthening Brands to Revitalize Rural Areas, Boosting Consumption, and Energizing the Economy,” the event focuses on the development of key sectors such as grains and oils, fruits and vegetables, livestock and poultry, and aquatic products, while highlighting the effective linkage between consolidating poverty‑alleviation gains and advancing rural revitalization. It comprehensively showcases China’s accomplishments in high‑quality agricultural and rural development, promotes new varieties, cutting‑edge technologies, advanced equipment, and emerging business models, invigorates urban–rural consumer markets, and drives industrial upgrading, efficiency gains, and increased incomes for farmers.

The China International Agricultural Products Fair—Hangzhou Agri‑Fair (CATF) spans an exhibition area of 100,000 square meters, featuring specialized zones dedicated to premium brands, the “Big Food” concept, agricultural science and technology, rural assistance, and intangible cultural heritage in agriculture. Concurrent events include the Strong Agriculture Forum, the “Brand Night” livestream aimed at supporting farmers, provincial cooperation and exchange initiatives, as well as ancillary activities such as e‑commerce influencer sessions for agriculture, rural issues, and food, and the “Thousand Counties, Ten Thousand Products” promotion program.
