UzProdExpo - International Exhibition of Food & Food Industry is a renowned food exhibition in Central Asia. It receives strong support from the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Farmers' Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Association of Livestock Producers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the Association of Food Industry Enterprises of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The primary objective of the exhibition is to create a platform for industry experts to engage in effective business communication with manufacturers and processing equipment suppliers, showcasing all technological processes in food production, from raw material processing to final packaged products.

The previous edition of UzProdExpo covered a total exhibition area of 12,000 square meters, attracting 245 exhibiting companies from China, South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong (China), Russia, Turkey, Dubai, the United States, Azerbaijan, and other regions, with over 10,500 attendees.
