Plaza Culinaria

Founded in 2004, Plaza Culinaria is Germany's premier gourmet trade fair and Freiburg's flagship culinary event. Its unique combination of a diverse range of exquisite products, carefully selected exhibitors, exhibition and gala events, along with a distinctive atmosphere, makes it an extraordinary experience in the tri-border region.

The previous edition covered a total exhibition area of 23,000 square meters, featuring 454 exhibitors from China, Chinese Taipei, Japan, Italy, the United States, France, Australia, Canada, Singapore, and other regions, attracting 40,743 visitors.

Plaza Culinaria tickets are e-tickets. Domestic and international visitors must complete online pre-registration with real-name passport verification. After purchase, the organizer verifies visitor identity. Visitors who do not meet entry requirements may need to submit additional documents. Once approved, you will receive email confirmation or a QR code. On site, present your original passport and confirmation letter to collect a paper badge, or scan the QR code to enter.
