The 2025 Shenzhen International 3D Printing Industry Exhibition (3D Printing Shenzhen 2025) was successfully held from August 26 to 28, 2025, at the Shenzhen International Convention & Exhibition Center (Bao’an New Hall). Hosted by the Shenzhen Automation Society, this edition of the exhibition is the annual highlight of the 3D printing industry in South China.

In terms of scale, the exhibition covered an area of 20,000 square meters and brought together 265 exhibitors from around the world, including 131 first-time participants, comprehensively covering the entire value chain of additive manufacturing equipment, materials, software, and services. The event attracted 20,715 professional visitors from 64 countries and regions, a 78% increase over the previous edition, with total visitor numbers reaching 27,183—both figures hitting record highs. Overseas attendees numbered 733, up 158% year-on-year, doubling for the second consecutive year, further underscoring the exhibition’s growing international appeal. The number of material suppliers exhibiting increased by 76% compared to the previous year, reflecting the industry’s strong emphasis on material innovation.

This year’s exhibition featured numerous highlights, with print farms, footwear manufacturing, and 3C electronics emerging as key attractions. The second 3D Printing Farm Conference drew thousands of professionals from across China and overseas, fostering lively exchanges and driving sustained industry enthusiasm. Adjacent exhibition areas showcased more than 50 companies specializing in print farm models, with leading suppliers such as Creality, Sanlv, Northberry, Tripo AI, SmartPai, and Zhongke 3D presenting essential materials, equipment, and services required for print farms. Meanwhile, the Cutting-Edge 3D Printing Footwear Innovation Technology and Applications Forum brought together Guangdong Footwear Manufacturers Association, Peak Sports, Bolite, and other industry leaders to discuss emerging trends shaping footwear design, production, and supply chains. The Metal 3D Printing for Mobile Phones and 3C Electronics Applications Forum invited experts from Befeng Intelligent Technology, HP, Siemens, and Bolite to share insights into growth prospects and new applications for smartphone and tablet components.

A rich array of concurrent events created a high-end platform for industry dialogue. During the exhibition, 14 forums and seminars were held, featuring over 150 specialized presentations spanning topics such as laser and additive manufacturing, the South China Injection Molding and Additive Manufacturing Technology and Applications Summit, the Advanced Directed Energy Deposition Additive Manufacturing Forum, the Binder-Jetting Additive Manufacturing Forum, the Fiber-Reinforced Composite Materials 3D Printing Technology and Applications Forum, the New Energy Vehicle Additive Manufacturing Applications Summit, the 3D Printing Mold Applications Forum, and the 3D Printing Consumer Goods and Print Farm Forums. The Hong Kong Productivity Council and the Hong Kong 3D Printing Association each set up dedicated pavilions, showcasing innovative achievements by local additive manufacturing enterprises and highlighting Hong Kong’s industrial strength.

The professional audience was exceptionally strong, with international participation reaching a new record. International delegations from Germany, France, the Netherlands, the United States, Japan, and Spain made significant contributions, underscoring the exhibition’s global resource integration capabilities. Overseas professionals came from Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and many other countries, further enhancing the event’s international influence. Official live-streaming coverage exceeded 178,000 views, while the Antarctic Bear media partner’s dedicated section for live coverage of concurrent events and exhibitor interviews attracted 34,413 online viewers, achieving seamless online-offline engagement.

Exhibitor feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with notable success in business matchmaking. Bolite Technology unveiled the world’s first branded 3D-printed mattress, drawing far more visitors than anticipated and remaining fully booked for three consecutive days. International clients from Pakistan, Europe, India, and the Middle East flocked to inquire about its features. Tang Jinglong, General Manager of Dazh Laser, remarked that the exhibition attracted a truly professional and high-quality audience, welcoming numerous international buyers from Asia and Europe. His company’s newly launched laser system for copper material processing garnered significant attention. Similarly, Chuanglian 3D achieved results beyond expectations during its debut, securing new orders after engaging in in-depth discussions with clients in robotics, drones, automotive, and medical sectors, receiving 3D design blueprints on-site.
