ACHEMA - International Exhibition for the Process Industries was founded in 1920 and is the world's largest and most influential exhibition for the process industries. A major highlight was that China emerged as the second-largest exhibiting nation after Germany for the first time, with a net exhibition area of 4,937 square meters, representing an increase of over 50% compared to the previous edition. The most significant growth came from the pharmaceutical, packaging, and storage technology sectors, while the laboratory and analytical technology sector saw the largest increase in the number of exhibitors.
