Shanghai International Building Hardware & Fasteners Exhibition (CIBHS)

The Shanghai International Building Hardware & Fasteners Exhibition (CIBHS) is jointly organized by the China National Hardware Association and the Light Industry Sub-Council of CCPIT, with support from the International Housewares Association (IHA) and the European DIY Retailers Association (EDRA). It highlights three main exhibition zones: Fasteners & Wire/Mesh/Nails, Decorative Hardware, Furniture Hardware & Accessories, and Pipe Fittings & Malleable Iron Products.

Exhibits cover fasteners, wire/mesh/nails, decorative hardware, furniture hardware, door & window hardware, pipe fittings & malleable iron products, building materials & accessories, etc. Over 1,000 new products are expected to be showcased on-site. Leading domestic building hardware industrial bases, including Anping, Huanghua, and Mengcun (Hebei); Taigu (Shanxi); Wenzhou, Ningbo, Yuyao, Pujiang, and Suichang (Zhejiang); and Leliu (Shunde), Zhongshan, Jieyang, and Caitang (Guangdong), will participate as delegations to demonstrate the strength of their industrial clusters.

The Shanghai International Building Hardware & Fasteners Exhibition (CIBHS) will see 40% of its overseas buyers from Europe and North America, with the remainder from the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and other regions. Industry associations from 32 countries and regions, along with 25 multinational purchasing groups, will attend for visits and procurement.

Professional buyers will include: traders, importers & exporters, end-users in manufacturing, and agents & distributors of building hardware. Professional visitors will represent industries such as machine tools & equipment, automotive (motorcycles), bicycles (e-bikes), electromechanical, furniture, doors & windows, building material distributors, procurement for construction engineering & real estate fully-fitted projects, procurement departments of real estate companies, designers, distributors & agents, construction & decoration companies, as well as major building material supermarkets and multinational retail groups like B&Q, Walmart, Carrefour, The Home Depot, Kingfisher Group, LG Sourcing, Leroy Merlin, and Metro.

The Shanghai International Building Hardware & Fasteners Exhibition (CIBHS) will continue to host the "Innovative Product Selection & Promotion" program and related forums & seminars, encouraging building hardware enterprises to promote their new products, technologies, processes, materials, and designs. It will also invite industry elites from manufacturing, equipment production, distribution, logistics, and media to participate in industry forums and seminars, fostering a professional networking platform.
