Shandong Linyi Hardware Exhibition – Autumn National Hardware Products Trade Fair

The 74th Autumn National Hardware Products Trade Fair and the 8th China (Linyi) Pump, Valve & Motor Trade Fair were successfully held at the Linyi International Convention and Exhibition Center from September 5 to 7, 2025. This edition of the fair was hosted by the China Hardware & Electrical Appliance Chemical Industry Association and co-organized by Beijing Jinyi Youlian Exhibition Co., Ltd., Shandong Fured International Exhibition Group, and Zhejiang Qianshan Cultural Communication Co., Ltd., marking a major annual event for the northern hardware industry.

In terms of scale, this year’s exhibition covered an area of 70,000 square meters, equivalent to 3,319 international standard booths, bringing together 1,627 exhibiting companies from across the country. Both the number of participating enterprises and the overall exhibition size reached new highs since the Autumn Trade Fair established its permanent venue in Linyi. Exhibits spanned the entire upstream-to-downstream value chain of the hardware industry, encompassing 12 major categories—manual tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, machinery, welding equipment, electromechanical products, abrasives and grinding tools, security and protective gear, hardware products, manufacturing equipment, and low-voltage electrical appliances—comprising over 200 sub-categories. All standard booths were fully furnished and professionally constructed.

This year’s fair featured numerous highlights, with leading industry players and innovative products serving as the central attractions. Companies such as Great Wall Precision, Deli Tools, Dongcheng Power Tools, Yingmai Tools, Changlu Tools, Tes Tools, Juli Tools, Jie’ao Abrasives, Changcheng Casters, Boda Machinery, Bangke Tools, Wanlian Tools, Huiying Machinery, Rongshida Group, Yangfan Cables, Little Bee Pumps, JinYilong Pump Industry, Xingyu Labor Protection, Dengsheng Labor Protection, LeDi Laser, Feiying Tools, Chenhong Paints, Dongyuan Technology, Tangshan Mingsha Abrasives, Jiangsu Feiying, and many others showcased their core products. Innovative exhibits—including Yingmai Tools’ high-precision measuring instruments, Rongshida Group’s smart home appliance hardware components, and Yangfan Cables’ environmentally friendly wires and cables—highlighted cutting-edge technological advances and the sector’s strong momentum for innovation.

A rich array of concurrent events created a high‑end platform for industry exchange. During the fair, the “Hundred Groups, Thousand Enterprises: Going Global—Empowering Hardware Companies to Expand Overseas” initiative brought together numerous cross‑border e‑commerce experts, addressing everything from beginner foreign trade fundamentals and team building to customer acquisition strategies, emerging cross‑border e‑commerce business models, logistics and payment solutions, and export tax rebate policies—providing multi‑dimensional support to help enterprises overcome challenges throughout the entire foreign trade process. On September 6, the “ Hardware Industry Cross‑Border E‑Commerce Development Forum” was held, sharing strategies for global market expansion and cross‑border traffic management techniques. In the afternoon of September 5, the Second Hardware Industry Innovation and Digital Growth Forum, themed “The Power of the Ecological Chain,” convened concurrently, focusing on pain points in digital transformation and helping companies establish new growth drivers through intelligent and digital upgrades.

A robust professional audience and high‑quality buyer resources underscored the fair’s success. The event attracted delegations from hardware and electrical appliance associations across more than thirty provinces and municipalities nationwide, including Fujian, Hubei, Sichuan, Jiangsu, Anhui, Beijing, Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Zhejiang, Chongqing, Xinjiang, and other regions, as well as domestic and international trade association groups. The fair adopted a dual‑mode approach, combining offline exhibitions with online platforms. Leveraging accumulated industry data, the “Handheld Hardware” mini‑program was developed, offering exhibitors year-round online visibility and supply‑demand matchmaking. Furthermore, the fair deepened the integration of “exhibition + tourism,” collaborating with numerous 4A/3A scenic spots in Linyi to introduce preferential attraction packages.

The exhibition area is expected to exceed 80,000 square meters, with the addition of a distinctive outdoor North Plaza exhibit zone, an immersive “Ten-Year Retrospective Corridor,” and a series of high‑profile ancillary events, including the Tenth Anniversary Opening Ceremony, an International Business Procurement Conference, and a Hardware Industry Digital Transformation Summit, further solidifying the fair’s role as an efficient platform for global exchange and collaboration within the hardware sector.
