Shanghai International Compressor and Equipment Exhibition

From October 28 to 31, 2025, the ComVac ASIA 2025 Shanghai International Compressor and Equipment Exhibition was successfully held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. As a core component of the Hannover Messe Shanghai industrial joint exhibition, it is an annual highlight in the global compressor and vacuum technology sectors. This edition of the show was themed “Green Intelligent Manufacturing” and co-organized by Deutsche Messe AG, Hannover Milano Fairs (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., China Compressor Network, and Compressor Magazine.

In terms of scale, the exhibition exceeded 30,000 square meters, bringing together nearly 350 exhibitors from around the world and attracting over 140,000 professional visitors—marking a new record. Exhibitors included industry leaders such as Atlas Copco, BOSS, DUNFAN, Kobelco, Boge, Denair, East Asia Machinery, Hanbell Precision Machinery, IHI Sullair, Qiangshi, Liutaike, and many others, comprehensively covering key areas including air compressors, specialty compressors, core components, compressed air post-treatment equipment, vacuum pumps, vacuum valves, and related accessories.

This year’s event featured numerous highlights, with green intelligent manufacturing and technological innovation serving as central themes. The exhibition showcased energy-efficient products such as magnetic levitation compressors, oil-free compression systems, intelligent control systems, and gearless centrifugal air compressors. Midea Building Technologies presented magnetic levitation air compressors and industrial high-temperature heat pump solutions; Yisheng Technology displayed a range of magnetic levitation air compressors, refrigeration compressors, and blowers spanning various power ratings and flow rates; Atlas Copco delivered a keynote address titled “Unlocking the Potential of Air and Gases—Exploring Innovative Applications Across Industries.” Meanwhile, QinChuan Group’s Hanji Precision unveiled innovative integrated screw host units, horizontal gearless dual-stage screw hosts, and vertical dual-stage screw hosts, earning widespread industry recognition for their unique designs and practical performance, resulting in multiple letters of intent for collaboration.

A rich array of concurrent events created a high-end platform for industry exchange and intellectual dialogue. During the exhibition, more than 30 specialized forums and technical seminars were held, focusing on topics such as energy efficiency improvement, system integration, digital operations and maintenance, oil-free technologies, applications of magnetic levitation and magnetic bearings, and optimization of industrial gas systems. Sessions like “Precision Lubrication Solutions for Screw Air Compressors,” “Oil-Free Clean Power: A New Choice for Pure Compression,” and “Unlocking the Potential of Air and Gases—Exploring Multi-Industry Innovations” directly addressed user pain points, offering practical pathways for energy conservation and transformation strategies. Concurrent events such as the VDMA Smart & Sustainable Solutions Forum and international technical exchange sessions in the High-Tech Zone also drew significant participation from professional audiences.

The professional visitor base was robust, with an unprecedented level of international representation. The exhibition attracted buyers from end-use sectors including automotive manufacturing, electronics and electricals, food and pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, and textiles.
