Shenzhen Industrial Exhibition – Greater Bay Area Industrial Expo

The DMP Greater Bay Area Industrial Expo 2025 was successfully held from November 5 to 8, 2025, at the Shenzhen International Convention & Exhibition Center (Bao’an). Hosted by Xuntong Exhibition Co., Ltd., this edition of the expo centered around the theme “Full-Chain Collaboration, Smart Innovation for the Future,” making it the annual highlight event for the industrial manufacturing sector in South China.

In terms of scale, the exhibition spanned 180,000 square meters, bringing together 1,479 exhibiting companies from nearly 20 countries and regions worldwide, and attracting 118,317 professional visitors. Exhibitors included industry leaders such as Gree Intelligent, German SW Machine Tools, Mitsubishi Electric, Siemens, Han’s Laser, Haitian Injection Molding Machines, LK Group, Zeiss, KEYENCE, Huazhong CNC, Inovance Technology, and Syntec Robot, underscoring the expo’s strong global brand appeal. Concurrently, more than 30 specialized forums were organized, covering policy analysis, technological empowerment, and experience sharing, providing a dual platform for intellectual exchange and practical business implementation to drive supply-chain collaboration.

This year’s expo featured numerous highlights, with the debut of the National Trend Machine Tool Exhibition and a high-end technology competition serving as key attractions. The expo introduced the first-ever “National Trend Machine Tool Exhibition,” showcasing over 100 leading domestic machine tool manufacturers—including Gree—as they presented their independently developed five-axis CNC machines and proprietary intelligent CNC systems, comprehensively demonstrating breakthroughs in technological innovation and quality enhancement within China’s machine tool industry. Simultaneously launched, the 7th China International CNC Cutting Tool Festival, themed “AI-Powered Materials, Smart Blades Embracing Innovation,” brought together top experts from home and abroad to engage in in-depth discussions on cutting-edge trends in machining technology.

The 4th High-Performance Five-Axis CNC Machine Tool and Tool Application Skills Competition, held concurrently, drew participants from enterprises and educational institutions across the country. Competition tasks closely mirrored real-world industrial production scenarios, integrating core principles of efficient five-axis machining processes. Among the 33 contestants, 85% utilized Mastercam software, and five out of the six winners who claimed first prize completed their assignments using Mastercam.

The Manufacturing Digitalization Zone emerged as a major highlight of the expo. The 2025 Manufacturing Digitalization Expo (Shenzhen), under the theme “A Precision Linkage Hub for Digital Transformation, Intelligent Upgrading, and Green Development in Manufacturing,” pioneered the mDX Transformation Summit, the mDX Supply-Demand Matching Salon, and the WOD Pengcheng Thought Sharing Forum within the Greater Bay Area. During the expo, the mDX Supply-Demand Matching Salon was held, featuring five specialized sessions—digitalization in the electronic information manufacturing sector, automotive manufacturing, mechanical equipment, AI + manufacturing, and robotics—providing a precise matchmaking platform for both supply and demand sides.

International buyer outreach reached unprecedented levels, with overseas visitor resources steadily accumulating. This edition received robust support from the Consulates General of Malaysia, Kuwait, Côte d’Ivoire, Congo, Nepal, and Tanzania in Guangzhou, as well as those of Nigeria, Pakistan, and Belarus in Hong Kong. The organizing committee rolled out benefits far exceeding industry standards for out-of-province and overseas buyers—from transportation and accommodation subsidies to exclusive viewing access, and from tailored business-matching services to customized industry exchange events—so generous that many peers in the exhibition industry remarked it was “a significant investment.”

Exhibitor and visitor feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with the expo’s outcomes receiving high praise. Exhibiting companies generally reported high-quality buyers and brisk on-site transactions. FCS Group (Fuqiangxin) signed contracts for 14 injection molding machines during the event, with its SA-350 model sold outright on-site. Zhou Jinping, Marketing General Manager of Lanlan Technology, noted that the expo provided a rapid shortcut for brand promotion, quickly raising national awareness. Chen Honglin, CEO of OPT Autotech, pointed out that participation in the DMP Industrial Expo helped solve challenges faced by clients in hardware, automotive, and new energy sectors.

Attendees agreed that the DMP Greater Bay Area Industrial Expo is not only an excellent platform for brand exposure and business matching but also a crucial hub for gaining insights into South China’s industrial trends and exploring pathways toward domestic substitution and smart manufacturing transformation. The expo consistently upholds its core positioning as a full-industry-chain ecosystem, bringing together leading enterprises and pioneers across multiple critical sectors—including smart manufacturing, precision machining, industrial automation, and new materials applications—to form a complete closed-loop industrial chain encompassing R&D, design, production, supporting services, and end-use applications.

The DMP Greater Bay Area Industrial Expo 2026 will be held from November 4 to 7, 2026, at the Shenzhen International Convention & Exhibition Center (Bao’an). With an anticipated exhibition area of 240,000 square meters, over 1,800 exhibiting companies, and more than 130,000 professional visitors, the expo will continue to serve as an efficient platform for global industrial manufacturing to foster communication and collaboration.
