Exhibition Introduction
Exhibitor Value of the Tianjin Engineering Construction Expo
- A Leading Professional Platform in China’s Engineering Construction Sector: Established in 2018, this expo is among the earliest and most specialized engineering construction exhibitions in China, accumulating data on over 100,000 professional visitors and encompassing core resources such as engineering construction entities, EPC general contractors, and design institutes. With the theme “Digital Intelligence in Engineering—Building the Future,” the expo centers on engineering general contractors while seamlessly connecting upstream and downstream segments of the industry chain.
- One-Stop Coverage of Three Major Full-Chain Exhibition Zones: The Engineering Construction Pavilion brings together large-scale general contractors, design institutes, investment entities, and project owners; the Materials Pavilion features pipes and fittings (plastic, steel, stainless steel, etc.) as well as green building materials (gypsum board, glass, ceramics, sanitary ware, energy-efficient doors and windows, stone, wood, cement, prefabricated buildings, etc.); and the Machinery and Equipment Pavilion showcases construction machinery, elevators, electrical equipment, new energy solutions, and more.
- Precise and Efficient Supply-Demand Matching: At the 2025 expo, over 200 domestic and international EPC general contractors were invited, alongside demands from 12 countries, covering 823 batches of planned and ongoing project requirements, 58 batches of specialized subcontracting needs, 132 batches of project investment and financing requests, and 1,326 batches of equipment and material procurement needs, with total intended procurement value reaching RMB 87.4 billion—an all-time high.
- Significantly Enhanced Internationalization: Officials from embassies and consulates of 12 countries—including Gabon, Canada, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ecuador, Hungary, Mongolia, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Somalia, Sudan, Zimbabwe, and the United Arab Emirates—as well as representatives from overseas institutions actively participated.
- Authoritative Empowerment Through High-Level Forums: Concurrent events included the 9th Country-Specific Market Report on Overseas Contracting Projects, the 5th International Engineering Investment and Financing Case Study Seminar, and the 5th Forum on Risk Control and Management for Overseas Engineering Projects, focusing on key issues such as Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei coordinated development and corporate overseas expansion, helping enterprises seize market opportunities.
- Grand Scale Through Dual-Expo Synergy: Held concurrently with the China (Tianjin) Green and Low-Carbon Expo, the combined exhibition is planned to cover 100,000 square meters, with an anticipated participation of 1,000 exhibiting companies and over 100,000 professional visitors.
