Dubai Food industry Expo Details

The Gulfood Exhibition in Dubai, UAE—also known as the Middle East and Gulf Food Exhibition—was founded in 1987 and has grown into the largest and most influential industry event in the Middle East and North Africa. The show brings together global food and beverage brands, government agencies, and trade and investment promotion organizations, covering key sectors such as health foods, technology‑driven innovations, and sustainable supply‑chain solutions. As the region’s premier annual sourcing platform for food and beverages, Gulfood distinguishes itself by positioning Dubai as a temporary global hub for the food economy. With an exhibition footprint of over 1.5 million square meters and the accompanying Gulfood World Economic Summit, it serves as a strategic business platform that connects global political and business leaders with industry decision‑makers.

Profile

Established in 1987, Gulfood Dubai is the largest and most significant industry event in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. It serves as a highly strategic business platform for both buyers and sellers, providing unparalleled opportunities for face-to-face negotiations and partnership development.

The global food and beverage industry stands at the threshold of profound transformation. The accelerating convergence of health-conscious consumption, technological empowerment, sustainable development, transparent supply chains, and AI-driven efficiency revolutions is propelling the sector into a new era. The global F&B market is projected to reach $11.37 trillion by 2030, with the MENA region emerging as an indispensable new growth engine, boasting the fastest expansion rate worldwide.

Against this backdrop, Dubai continues to solidify its status as a global food trade hub, leveraging its highly interconnected trade networks, leading logistics capabilities, and forward-looking industrial layout. As the premier annual food and beverage sourcing event, Gulfood will undergo a comprehensive upgrade under these circumstances, ushering in an unprecedented industry extravaganza.

Showcasing over 1.5 million products, Gulfood will transform Dubai into the temporary headquarters of the "global food economy." Government and industry bodies such as APEDA (India), ApexBrasil (Brazil), Business France, the Trade Commissioner Service (Canada), and ICEX Spain Trade and Investment will make a joint appearance. They will be joined by global industry leaders including the Americas Food & Beverage Group, Barakat Group, BRF S.A., JBS S.A., Maersk, and Oatly, alongside investment institutions, unicorn enterprises, and innovative startup brands.

The Dubai Exhibition Centre will also host a high-level international dialogue platform—the Gulfood World Economic Summit. Bringing together global political and business leaders, scientists, and industry decision-makers, the summit will facilitate in-depth discussions on economic, regulatory, and trade frameworks, providing strategic insights and actionable roadmaps for the restructuring of the global food system.

Gulfood Dubai tickets are e-tickets. Domestic and international visitors must complete online pre-registration with real-name passport verification. After purchase, the organizer verifies visitor identity. Visitors who do not meet entry requirements may need to submit additional documents. Once approved, you will receive email confirmation or a QR code. On site, present your original passport and confirmation letter to collect a paper badge, or scan the QR code to enter.
