Middle East Dubai Jewelry, Gemstones & Technology ExhibitionProfile
The Middle East Dubai Jewellery, Gemstones & Technology Exhibition (JGT DUBAI) is the most prestigious jewellery show in the Middle East. It ranks among the world’s six largest specialized international jewellery exhibitions and enjoys a high reputation throughout the region, making it the only Middle Eastern jewellery event that seamlessly integrates trade and retail.
The success of the Middle East Dubai Jewellery, Gemstones & Technology Exhibition (JGT DUBAI) firmly establishes Dubai as the “City of Gold.” The show draws leading manufacturers and discerning buyers, attracting over 28,000 traders and high‑profile industry professionals. Sixty-five percent of exhibitors hail from countries outside the UAE. The event generates sustained business opportunities for exhibitors while meeting consumer demand, drawing renowned jewellery and luxury watchmakers and distributors.
Against the backdrop of global pressures on the jewellery industry and supply chain disruptions, the Middle East Dubai Jewellery, Gemstones & Technology Exhibition (JGT DUBAI) has emerged as a premier professional sourcing platform in the Middle East. Overseas buyers increased by 55%, reaching 3,332 participants—accounting for 59% of attendees—from 102 countries and regions, spanning key markets across the Middle East, South Asia, East Asia, and Europe. Significant growth was observed among buyers from China, India, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Turkey, Uzbekistan, and other nations, driving robust purchasing demand.
In addition to the exhibition itself, JGT Dubai offers tailored business matchmaking and trend‑insight workshops presented by DJG (Dubai Jewellery Group), further enhancing the efficiency of connections between exhibitors and buyers.
The United Arab Emirates is one of the wealthiest nations in the world. It not only boasts the highest per capita gold consumption globally but also ranks among the top countries in terms of gold trade volume. The Middle East Dubai Jewellery, Gemstones & Technology Exhibition (JGT DUBAI) attracts prominent jewellery and luxury watch manufacturers and distributors, including well‑known local brands such as Istana, Damas, Dhamani, AlAnwar, as well as internationally recognized names.
