MIR STEKLA (Moscow International Glass Exhibition)Profile

The Moscow International Glass Exhibition (MIR STEKLA) is the only specialized exhibition for the glass industry in Russia and the largest glass exhibition in Eastern Europe. Held annually since 1999, it is co-organized by Expocentre AO and the Union of Architects of Russia, with the support of the Italian glass association GIMAV and the German engineering association VDMA. The exhibition is certified by the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) and the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs (RUEF).

Each edition of MIR STEKLA attracts renowned manufacturers from around the globe. Well-known domestic and international exhibitors such as LISEC, NORTH GLASS, LAND GLASS, MOUNTAIN GLASS, UTA, HFD HOUSE, ART GLASS, GLASTON, TLAMA, and RITSTEKLO never miss this event, with most securing their booths well in advance.

MIR STEKLA is an international exhibition dedicated to glass products, technologies, and equipment for glass production and processing. The exhibition covers the entire production spectrum: modern equipment, technologies, and technical solutions for glass manufacturing, processing, and decoration, as well as tools, auxiliary equipment, control and measuring devices, and software. In recent years, Russia's construction market has experienced rapid growth, driving substantial demand for building materials, including glass. High-quality and cost-effective Chinese building and decorative materials have gained widespread popularity. As many cities embark on urban renewal and new housing projects, the import demand for glass, doors, windows, and hardware has surged, further boosting the appeal of Chinese products.

With a long history of Sino-Russian trade and increasingly standardized bilateral trade regulations, Chinese building materials, including glass and doors/windows, are gradually establishing a premium image in the Russian market, presenting strong export prospects. Russia's ongoing economic development and large-scale infrastructure projects have significantly increased the demand for architectural glass facades. This construction boom undoubtedly drives up the demand for glass-related building materials in Russia. Consequently, the demand for daily-use glass products is also rising substantially. Overall, the Russian glass market remains highly attractive to global glass industry suppliers.

MIR STEKLA (Moscow International Glass Exhibition) tickets are e-tickets. Domestic and international visitors must complete online pre-registration with real-name passport verification. After purchase, the organizer verifies visitor identity. Visitors who do not meet entry requirements may need to submit additional documents. Once approved, you will receive email confirmation or a QR code. On site, present your original passport and confirmation letter to collect a paper badge, or scan the QR code to enter.
