Profile
First held in 1995, Modern Bakery Moscow has grown into the largest and most influential exhibition for baking equipment and ingredients in Moscow and the CIS countries. Driven by substantial market demand in Russia for baking equipment and raw materials, the event attracts exhibitors and visitors from around the globe.
Russia is a major consumer of meat and bread products, with baked goods accounting for 90% of the staple diet. Following economic reforms, rising incomes and improved living standards have shifted consumer preferences away from traditional black bread. European dietary habits have gradually gained acceptance, and among younger generations, adopting the culinary lifestyles of developed European nations has become a trend.
French baguettes, Italian pizzas, and German chocolate pastries have become part of everyday Russian life. Despite a millennia-old bread-baking heritage, modern Russians no longer view bread merely as a staple for sustenance, but as an element of lifestyle enjoyment, placing increasingly high demands on the quality and presentation of baked goods.
Unfortunately, Russia's traditional baking equipment and production capabilities fall far short of meeting this growing demand, creating a lucrative opportunity for foreign enterprises to enter the market. Consequently, Modern Bakery Moscow serves as a vital platform for industry development. (Copyright © JZhan. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.)
For Chinese baking and pastry enterprises looking to expand into Russia and Eastern Europe, Modern Bakery Moscow is the premier trade platform.
Modern Bakery Moscow tickets are e-tickets. Domestic and international visitors must complete online pre-registration with real-name passport verification. After purchase, the organizer verifies visitor identity. Visitors who do not meet entry requirements may need to submit additional documents. Once approved, you will receive email confirmation or a QR code. On site, present your original passport and confirmation letter to collect a paper badge, or scan the QR code to enter.
