Profile
Established in 2009, the Moscow International Optical Fair (MIOF) Autumn Edition is the most prestigious, frequent, and influential professional exhibition in Russia's optical industry. It serves as Russia's premier business matchmaking platform and a key gathering for global brand distributors and wholesale/retail representatives. Held twice a year, it unites distributors, wholesalers, and retailers of international optical brands on a single platform.
MIOF aims to showcase the latest styles of optical frames and sunglasses, contact lenses, care solutions for eyewear and contacts, as well as state-of-the-art equipment for optical salons. The exhibition provides an excellent opportunity to discover the latest industry trends and innovations, make informed purchasing decisions, establish new business connections, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with suppliers.
MIOF features numerous renowned eyewear brands. Notable exhibitors include Optic Dias, Megapolis, Inveco, Rodenstock RUS, and Balero-MC. These brands represent leading enterprises in the Russian market, showcasing their innovative products and technologies in the optical sector. Additionally, the exhibition attracts over 70 companies from countries such as Austria, Belarus, the UK, Italy, China, France, and South Korea.
As an emerging market in Europe, Russia experiences a significant annual growth of 10% to 15% in the consumption of optical-related products. The scale and attendance of MIOF continue to expand steadily. During the event, multiple B2B matchmaking sessions are organized, providing an ideal negotiation and collaboration platform for brands worldwide.
Moscow International Optical Fair (MIOF) - Autumn Edition tickets are e-tickets. Domestic and international visitors must complete online pre-registration with real-name passport verification. After purchase, the organizer verifies visitor identity. Visitors who do not meet entry requirements may need to submit additional documents. Once approved, you will receive email confirmation or a QR code. On site, present your original passport and confirmation letter to collect a paper badge, or scan the QR code to enter.
