Moscow International Optical Fair (MIOF)Profile
Established in 2009, the Moscow International Optical Fair (MIOF) is the most prestigious, frequent, and influential professional exhibition in Russia's optical industry. It serves as Russia's premier B2B matchmaking platform and a key gathering place for global brand distributors and wholesale/retail representatives. Held twice a year, it brings together distributors, wholesalers, and retailers of global optical brands on a unified platform.
MIOF aims to provide attendees with the latest styles of frames and sunglasses, contact lenses, care solutions for eyewear and contacts, as well as state-of-the-art equipment for optical retail stores. The exhibition offers an excellent opportunity to discover the latest trends and innovations, make purchasing decisions, establish new business connections, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with suppliers.
MIOF features numerous renowned eyewear brands. Notable exhibitors include, but are not limited to, Optic Dias, Megapolis, Inveco, Rodenstock RUS, and Balero-MC. These brands represent leading enterprises in the Russian market, showcasing their innovative products and technologies in the optical sector. Additionally, the exhibition attracts over 70 companies from countries such as Austria, Belarus, the UK, Italy, China, France, and South Korea.
As an emerging European market, Russia sees a significant annual growth of 10% to 15% in eyewear-related product consumption. The scale and attendance of MIOF continue to expand. During the event, multiple B2B matchmaking sessions are held, providing an ideal platform for brands worldwide to conduct business negotiations.
