- Asia’s Flagship Platform for the Mobile Communications Sector: As the Asian flagship event in GSMA’s global MWC series, after more than a decade of development, it has become a strategic hub connecting the Chinese and broader Asian markets with the global mobile ecosystem. The 2025 edition will bring together 45,000 attendees from 128 countries and regions, over 40% of whom come from industries beyond mobile communications, underscoring its high degree of internationalization and cross-sector integration.
- A Stage for the World’s Leading Tech Companies: The exhibitor lineup includes global industry leaders such as China Mobile, China Telecom, China Unicom, China Tower, Huawei, ZTE, Honor, Qualcomm, and Lenovo, alongside international giants like Singtel, Ericsson, and Yangtze Optical Fibre. More than a hundred innovative enterprises from Pudong will present under the “Pudong Vanguard” banner, showcasing a fully integrated industrial ecosystem spanning chip design, intelligent cockpits, and large‑model applications.

Dedicated zones such as the “Future Constellation” for the satellite industry and the “Mobile AI Innovation Pioneer” area will provide tangible, hands‑on glimpses of future scenarios for 6G, edge intelligence, and other forward‑looking technologies.
- Cross‑Sector Convergence and Deep Empowerment of Industrial Digitalization: The exhibition extends deep into vertical sectors including smart manufacturing, smart healthcare, new‑energy vehicles, and financial technology. A Policy Leaders Forum will convene 35 government delegations from 34 countries, offering corporate executives and policymakers an international platform for dialogue. Meanwhile, the GSMA Open Gateway initiative is advancing open network APIs among operators, fostering the development of programmable ecosystems.
