Exhibition Introduction
Highlights of the East China International Pet Show
- Strategic Gateway to the Global E-commerce Capital: As the “Global E-commerce Capital,” Hangzhou hosts six of the nation’s top eight MCN agencies, over 5,000 livestreaming-related enterprises, and more than one million e-commerce sellers. Leveraging these unique advantages, the exhibition stands as the country’s sole pet show centered on e-commerce, deeply integrating resources from platforms like Alibaba, Douyin, and Xiaohongshu. Exhibiting companies can seamlessly connect with Douyin’s top 50 pet-focused livestreamers, Tmall’s top 200 pet store operators, and 70% of cross-border service providers in the Yangtze River Delta.
- Aggregation of Full-Chain Resources: The sixth edition spans 30,000 square meters, gathering over 500 domestic and international enterprises and more than 4,000 renowned brands, covering the entire pet economy value chain—from food and supplies to veterinary care, live animals, and e-commerce services. From international marques to emerging domestic brands, from smart devices to grooming products, the exhibition comprehensively showcases the diversity of the pet economy ecosystem.
- Prime Procurement Window for “Double 11”: The exhibition capitalizes on the late-October pre‑Double 11 procurement and sales peak, meticulously crafting a premier platform for second-half pet industry sourcing. It highlights Double 11 bestsellers and autumn/winter trending categories, while coordinating with exhibiting brands to launch nearly a thousand seasonal new products, helping e-commerce and retail channels lock in market shares ahead of time.
- Domestic-Cross-Border Dual-Drive Strategy: In collaboration with global platforms such as Payoneer, TikTok Shop, Walmart Global E-commerce, Chewy, and Cdiscount, the exhibition provides domestic pet industry players and cross-border e-commerce firms with access to core global resources and expedited entry pathways, enabling one-stop product selection and efficient expansion into the global pet market, valued at over RMB 2 trillion.
- More Than Ten High-Profile Forums Empowering the Industry: Concurrently held events include the 2025 Zhejiang Pet Economy Development Conference, the International Symposium on Pet Nutrition co-hosted by Zhejiang University and Ghent University, the China Pet Industry E-commerce Trade Fair, the Global Pet Industry Cross-Border E-commerce Conference, and the Pet Industry New E-commerce Traffic Generation Conference—totaling over ten high-level forums. These gatherings bring together government leaders, domestic and international experts, and platform luminaries to engage in in-depth discussions on topics such as high-quality development, sustainability challenges, and the evolving landscape of livestreaming e-commerce.
- Precise Supply-Demand Matching: The exhibition organizes MCN influencer meetups and private-group buying sessions, facilitating face-to-face negotiations between supply and demand sides to resolve matching issues in a single step. With over 800 pet-related influencers broadcasting live, covering short videos, image-and-text content, and direct sales across all channels, a massive product-selection matrix has been established, creating a “traffic-siphoning effect.”
- Reach to Millions of Pet Owners: As a central city in the Yangtze River Delta, Hangzhou boasts strong pet consumption, with over 70% of pet-owning households willing to pay a premium for smart health devices. The exhibition features numerous engaging activities, such as the “Pet Zhejiang Trend Gathering,” the Banjing Cup PET Fashion SHOW, and the Douyin Beautiful Pet Life Festival, drawing tens of thousands of attendees to participate in experiential, social, and consumption-oriented events, thereby constructing a closed-loop value chain encompassing experience, social interaction, and purchasing.
- Direct Access Channels for Nearly 30,000 Small B-End Customers: With nearly 40% of the nation’s pet production, import, and consumption concentrated in East China, the region is home to close to 30,000 offline retail stores and pet hospitals. The exhibition has established a “brand–store” direct connection system, enabling brands to efficiently reach small B-end outlets, achieving zero-distance product placement and highly efficient conversion rates.
