The Seoul Mobility Show, first held in 1995, is South Korea’s largest automotive exhibition. The organizing committee of the Seoul International Motor Show has decided to rename the event from “Seoul Motor Show” to “Seoul Mobility Show.” According to the committee, amid the accelerating electrification of vehicles, the growing prevalence of autonomous driving, and the global push toward carbon neutrality, the decision was made to remove the term “motor” from the exhibition’s name, which traditionally connotes internal-combustion-engine vehicles.

South Korea ranks as the world’s fifth-largest automobile producer. It is home to leading global automakers and component suppliers, as well as cutting-edge companies in batteries, semiconductors, and display technologies. Our current goal is to transcend the traditional automotive sector and emerge as a global hub for the mobility industry.

Going forward, the Seoul Mobility Show will focus on eco-friendly mobility solutions, including autonomous vehicles, integrated information and communication technologies, in-vehicle infotainment systems, electric vehicles, and hydrogen-powered cars. As the automotive industry increasingly shifts its emphasis toward next-generation vehicles such as self-driving cars, hydrogen fuel-cell vehicles, and EVs, robotics and urban air mobility (UAM) are also making their mark at the show.

With its substantial scale and widespread attention, the Seoul Mobility Show brings together nearly 200 automotive brands from around ten countries, showcasing state-of-the-art vehicle technologies and designs, and exerting an ever-expanding influence. The Seoul Mobility Show aims to establish itself as South Korea’s premier specialized exhibition for mobility technologies.

Seoul Motor Show, South Korea tickets are e-tickets. Domestic and international visitors must complete online pre-registration with real-name passport verification. After purchase, the organizer verifies visitor identity. Visitors who do not meet entry requirements may need to submit additional documents. Once approved, you will receive email confirmation or a QR code. On site, present your original passport and confirmation letter to collect a paper badge, or scan the QR code to enter.
