The SIAL INTERFOOD Jakarta, Indonesia, is the country’s largest and most influential exhibition for food, beverages, and food ingredients. Co-organized by the Indonesian Ministry of Trade, the Indonesian Ministry of Industry, the Indonesian Packaging Association, and the Singapore Manufacturers’ Federation, it draws a substantial number of professional buyers with each edition, steadily expanding in scale. As the largest and most impactful food industry event in Southeast Asia, this year’s show spans 31,000 square meters, further cementing its position as a global benchmark for the food value chain. The exhibition brings together 680 companies from China, France, Italy, Malaysia, Vietnam, and other countries, covering the entire spectrum of the food and beverage sector—including food products, beverages, packaging machinery, and hospitality supplies.

Exhibits encompass emerging segments such as halal foods, organic products, functional beverages, and intelligent packaging solutions. Among these, halal foods stand out: as the world’s largest halal market, Indonesia accounts for 11% of global halal food exports. A dedicated “Halal Certification Zone” will showcase leisure snacks, seasonings, and ready‑to‑eat meals that meet MUI standards, offering businesses a strategic gateway to reach an audience of 1.6 billion Muslims.

Indonesia Jakarta Food Exhibition tickets are e-tickets. Domestic and international visitors must complete online pre-registration with real-name passport verification.
