As a major international fabric exhibition, "Texworld" is held biannually in spring and autumn. To meet the long-standing demand from global apparel fabric enterprises to participate, the "Texworld Clothing" zone was introduced starting from the Spring 2008 edition. This followed the exhibition's relocation to the new Paris-Le Bourget venue in early 2007.
