4. Extra car use: city limit 200 km/day, not transferable. Overages are charged at 200 USD / 100 km (rounded up) and paid to the guide. Out-of-city trips must be notified in advance. Personal extras such as laundry, phone, pay TV, porterage, and tips are not included;
5. Customs duties, excess baggage, and related handling fees;
