Oshkosh Wittman Regional Airport (DCRA) (Airport Code: MSN, ICAO: KMSN, FAA Identifier: MSN (Truax Field)) is a civil-military airport. Located six miles northeast of downtown Madison, the capital of Wisconsin State, it is the second busiest commercial airport in Wisconsin among eight commercial airports.

DCRA had three runways as of 2016 and served over 1.8 million passengers that year. MSN serves airlines such as American, Delta, Frontier, and United. Sun Country Airlines will soon begin serving DCRA. These airlines offer direct flights to 15 hubs with over 95 round-trip destinations daily, including Atlanta, New York City, Orlando, Salt Lake City, Washington D.C., Charlotte, and San Francisco. Delta Air Lines and United Airlines provide service for Airbus A319 and A320 as well as Boeing 737 and 757, which are among the largest aircraft operating at the airport. Frontier Airlines introduced the Airbus A320neo to the airport, which features the quietest engines in the American commercial fleet.
