NanChang Greenland International Expo Center

Nanchang Greenland International Expo Center was developed by Greenland Holding Group, a Fortune Global 500 company. Construction commenced in March 2014, and the facility officially opened on November 22, 2016. With a total floor area of nearly 450,000 square meters—comprising 300,000 square meters for the expo center, 60,000 square meters for the hotel and convention center, and 90,000 square meters for office space—it stands as the largest, most comprehensive, and highest‑standard urban MICE complex in central China, integrating conferences, exhibitions, hospitality, retail, and office functions. The entire project has been certified under both the U.S. LEED Silver standard and the National Green Building Three‑Star Rating.

Currently managed and operated by Shanghai Greenland Feiran Exhibition Co., Ltd., a joint venture between Greenland Holding Group and Barcelona International Exhibition Bureau—the second-largest exhibition‑space operator in Europe—Nanchang Greenland International Expo Center, under the stewardship of Shanghai Greenland Feiran, aims to leverage Jiangxi Province’s urban development opportunities. Guided by the mission to “build the Greenland MICE brand and set the benchmark for Jiangxi’s MICE sector,” the center seeks to harness the multiplier effect of the exhibition and convention industry to drive economic and social progress across the region.

The indoor net exhibition space at Nanchang Greenland International Expo Center spans 140,000 square meters, organized into 14 independent halls spread across two levels, each with an approximate area of 10,000 square meters. A mezzanine level connects the two floors, providing additional meeting and office spaces to support exhibition and conference activities. In addition, the venue features on‑site catering facilities, ensuring that visitors’ needs for food, beverage, and commercial services are fully met.
