Chennai Trade Centre

The Chennai Trade Centre in India is an ideal venue for business events, exhibitions, and conferences. Established in 2001 as a joint venture between the Indian Trade Promotion Organisation (Government of India) and the Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation (Government of Tamil Nadu), the centre spans 25.48 acres and features three large exhibition halls and a convention centre. The three exhibition halls offer over 10,560 square metres of air-conditioned space, with no obstructing columns or pillars.

These spaces are suitable for exhibitions, conferences, product launches, as well as trade, commercial, and other industry‑related activities. Halls 1 and 2 are interconnected via a spacious central hall, which includes a passageway and two ancillary rooms for event organizers. Hall 3 is connected to a foyer leading directly to the convention centre’s banquet hall. All exhibition halls and the convention centre are seamlessly linked. The 2,200-square-metre convention centre can accommodate between 25 and 2,000 delegates. At its entrance, it boasts a grand lobby area, complemented by an equally expansive atrium, lush green lawns, and a cascading fountain.
