Isfahan International Exhibition Fairground

The Isfahan International Exhibition Center is located in the city of Isfahan, Iran, with a total area of 30000 square meters and an exhibition area of 20000 square meters.Isfahan is one of the oldest cities in Iran, founded in the Achaemenid Dynasty period around BCE4and5, it has been the capital of several dynasties and was a key stop on the north-south trade route, known for its handicrafts and trade.

During the11thand12thcenturies, the city served as the capital under the Seljuk Empire.During the Safavid Empire (1501to1736), the city reached its zenith, attracting merchants and visitors from all directions, with most of the buildings and mosques in the city being constructed during that time. There is an Iranian saying that“Half the world is Isfahan”,reflecting the prosperity and far-reaching influence of the city at that time.
