Cannes Port is located within the city of Cannes, France, established in 1982. The port covers a total area of 200000 square meters, all of which is open-air exhibition space. Cannes Port is a convention center in Cannes, France, hosting the Cannes Film Festival. The original building was located inside the Cannes Promenade des Anglais at the InterContinental Carlton Cannes Hotel. The hotel previously hosted the fourth and sixth Eurovision Song Contests in 1959 and 1961. Due to the continuous success of the film festival and the emergence of the first commercial practice, which prompted the French media market, the city of Cannes decided in 1965 to build a new venue and architecture by Hubert Bennett and François , a six-story architectural design rich in modern architectural style, established on the casino site. It officially opened in 1982 December and expanded its space in 1999 with a new 10000 square meter space built by the Riviera.

Cannes Port has an exhibition area of 80000 square meters, including numerous conference halls and 18 screening rooms, the largest of which can accommodate approximately 2300 people. The annual Cannes Film Festival is held at Cannes Port each year, featuring "modern high-tech facilities" housing conferences throughout the year.
