World Market Center Las Vegas

The World Market Center Las Vegas, located at 495 Central Park Avenue in Las Vegas, Nevada, spans 5 million square feet (460,000 square meters). Situated in downtown Las Vegas, it serves the residential and hospitality contract furniture industries and stands as the world’s largest showroom complex dedicated to these sectors, catering to both domestic and international buyers and sellers.

Initially, the developers envisioned a project encompassing over 12 million square feet (approximately 1.1 million square meters) of exhibition space across eight buildings on a 57-acre (23-hectare) site. In 2008, the World Market Center postponed certain plans to complete its complex, which had originally been projected at around 12 million square feet, with completion expected by 2013.
