The total exhibition space covers 13,153 square meters.Its design features Mount Fuji and a sailboat, inspired by the late Hagiwara Hideo’s work “Autumn of a Hundred Years,” symbolizing a new era of hope as Japan embarks on the 21st century—captured in the commemorative monument “Sailing Forth” marking the city’s 100th anniversary. The “Yama no Miyako Arena,” with a maximum capacity of 2,000 seats, is a versatile 1,500-square-meter multi-purpose hall suitable for sports events, ceremonies, performances, and more.Yamanashi Prefectural Industrial Center—kaiterasualso offers a piano recital practice room and a multipurpose room, with a range of facilities centered around its role as a major event venue.
