IPSEM-ONGC Training Institute

The journey of IPSEM-ONGC in Goa, India began in 1989. IPSHEM, focusing on oil safety and environmental management, laid the foundation. In 1997, the institute moved to a dedicated oil emergency training and research campus at Betul in South Goa.

The Advanced Training Institute (ATI-ONGC) of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation is one of Asia's leading Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and fire training institutes. Since its inception in 1989 as the Institute for Petroleum Safety and Environmental Management (IPSHEM), ATI-ONGC has evolved from humble beginnings to become a cornerstone in safety and environmental management education.
