展会简介

The Beijing Hot Pot Exhibition—China Hot Pot Ingredients and Supplies Expo (CHINA HOTPOT EXHIBITION) takes Beijing as its hub, bringing together the strengths and resources of all stakeholders. With a fresh business philosophy and premium services, it has established itself as a premier platform for investment promotion, technological collaboration, product marketing, brand building, and academic exchange, thereby forging a highly influential event in the hot pot industry. The exhibition aims to

The Exhibition Value of the Beijing Hot Pot Show

  • The Beijing Hot Pot Ingredients and Supplies Exhibition is the largest and most influential professional event for the hot pot industry in Northern China. Having been successfully held for twelve editions, it is widely recognized within the sector as a barometer of the North China hot pot market and a strategic gateway for global hot pot supply-chain enterprises seeking to expand into the northern market. Organized by authoritative institutions including Beijing Bowen Qiyang International Exhibition Co., Ltd., the exhibition takes place annually in spring at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Venue) in Beijing. Leveraging Beijing’s strategic position as a national consumption hub and the core logistics center of North China, it has become a central platform for connecting global hot pot industry resources, showcasing cutting-edge innovations, and shaping industry trends.
  • The core value of participation lies in its unique dual attributes: a platform that precisely links to the vast northern market and a highly concentrated pool of professional buyers. According to data from the Red Restaurant Industry Research Institute, the national hot pot market reached RMB 617.5 billion in 2024 and is projected to surpass RMB 650 billion by 2025. As the capital and a key metropolitan center in North China, Beijing—boasting abundant policy support, superior locational advantages, and an expansive consumer base—has emerged as a pivotal nexus for resource aggregation and market influence across the catering sector. The 13th edition of the exhibition in 2026 is expected to set new records, with an exhibition space exceeding 80,000 square meters, attracting more than 3,000 exhibiting companies and drawing over 120,000 professional visitors. These buyers represent hot pot chain stores, catering enterprises, agents, distributors, and procurement decision-makers from across the country, providing exhibitors with a strategic opportunity to engage directly with key purchasing decision-makers in the northern region.
  • The exhibition establishes a one-stop commercial platform covering the entire hot pot industry value chain. Exhibits span all categories, including hot pot bases and seasonings, specialty ingredients for dipping (beef and mutton, tripe, meatballs, and other processed products), seafood, pre‑prepared and ready‑to‑cook ingredients, frozen foods, alcoholic beverages, kitchen equipment, takeout packaging, and smart catering solutions. From soup bases to raw materials, from equipment to services, the exhibition creates a complete industrial ecosystem. Through meticulous zone planning, it features five specialized pavilions—hot pot ingredients, seasoning bases, kitchen equipment, casual snacks, and beverages—offering buyers a precise and efficient sourcing experience.
  • The exhibition aligns with three major industry trends—digital transformation, green and healthy practices, and innovative application scenarios—establishing a high‑tech hub deeply integrating industry, academia, research, and end‑use applications. Keeping pace with the digital wave, the exhibition adopts an innovative hybrid online‑offline matchmaking model. A dedicated “Business Negotiation Zone” facilitates precise matching between buyers and exhibitors, while video presentations and live‑streamed interactions provide exhibitors with more convenient channels for information sharing and business networking. Concurrently, the event hosts multiple thematic forums, inviting industry experts and renowned entrepreneurs to engage in in-depth discussions on pressing topics such as digital transformation, green sustainability, and emerging consumption trends. Additionally, signature events like the Hot Pot Competition and the Creative Barbecue Dish Contest highlight the unique cultural appeal of regional hot pot traditions, injecting fresh vitality into industry development.
  • For Chinese enterprises, this exhibition serves as a strategic gateway to tap into the northern market, connect with international resources, and showcase their innovative capabilities. At the 2025 edition, Chongqing’s time-honored brand Xintian Hot Pot Oil Dipping Sauce unveiled its self-developed low‑temperature pressed fragrant oil, which now holds over 65% market share nationwide. Meanwhile, Sichuan showcased microbial‑fermented hot pot bases, hand‑made beef meatballs from Chaoshan, Longjiang pig’s trotters, and other distinctive local specialties, drawing numerous buyers eager to explore partnerships. Many exhibitors noted that, in recent years, the hot pot market has grown increasingly robust, with consumers placing greater emphasis on freshness, health, and cost‑effectiveness. Companies are therefore committed to continuous innovation to meet evolving consumer demands. By leveraging this platform, exhibitors can access core northern procurement networks and seize early opportunities in the digital, healthy, and scenario‑driven transformation of the hot pot industry.
